As the UI/UX Designer and Developer, I led the complete website design and development process from scratch. I created wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, implemented smooth animations, and developed a fully custom front-end experience. Working with a junior designer, I guided the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring responsive layouts, cross-device compatibility, and optimized performance. This project showcased my ability to merge creative design principles with strong development expertise, resulting in a visually engaging and highly functional website.
